CONSULTATION COSTS 

  • Face to Face Appointment £90 for 20 Minutes
  • Telephone/Video Consultation £60 for 20 Minutes
  • Telephone/Video Follow-up Appointment £40 for 15 Minutes
  • Ear wax Microsuction £60 for 30 Minutes
  • Cupping/Hijama (Dry or wet) £60 for 30-40 Minutes

Prescription and Further investigation fees may apply depending on the type of test and treatment.

 

CANCELLATION AND LATENESS POLICY

 

We understand that things can happen at the last minute.

To cancel an appointment please call +44 7303 048968, if your call is not picked please leave a voicemail or email us. All clients are given the opportunity to provide us with an email address to confirm their appointment and also to send a 24hr reminder for their appointment.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, unfortunately, there will be no refund of your booking/deposit fees (which is half of your consultation fees). However, you can contact us to reschedule your appointment without losing your booking fees.

Please be kind enough to provide us advance notice of more than 24 hours before cancelling appointments so we can fully refund your appointment booking fees or reschedule your appointment for a future date.

If you are running late please be kind enough to notify us so we can rearrange or plan your appointment accordingly, this may involve adjusting your time or date of your appointment. Clients arriving late will still be charged the full consultation fees even if their appointment time is amended or rescheduled on another date.
